COURSE DESCRIPTION

Software in the Classroom (EMC 300)

        This class focuses on the effective integration of software into the classroom. Students will learn how to organize their classroom by using the appropriate technology oriented methodology and the appropriate software; how to create classroom presentations; and how to evaluate educational software. In this class students will have an opportunity to create their own website to use in a classroom setting.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

        Students will be able to demonstrate competency in the evaluation of software samples for student management, presentation & authoring and educational software.

ATTENDANCE: ALL CLASSES ARE MANDATORY

DISHONESTY:
        In cases of cheating on class work, homework and project work the instructor will follow the published ASU policies.
