Method of Evaluation	This is a graduate seminar. You are expected to perform in a professional manner. Students must attend class and online sessions. Everyone is expected to complete assignments on time. Any materials submitted late will result in the reduction of one grade . Performance will be asessed in five areas, all of which are equally weighted: 7 Assignments. . . 20% Discussions. . . 20% Examination. . . 20% Research Paper. . . 20% Class presentation of Research Paper. . . 20%
Discussions	During the weeks that we are online, students will take turns posting a discussion question and moderating the discussion. The responsibility of the moderator is to post a question and stimulate discussion among class members.
Examination	There is one mid-term examination and no final examination. The mid-term is open book and you are encouraged to use any of the readings or class discussions to help formulate your answers. The answers should be prepared on a word processor and uploaded to the instructors by Sunday, October 26 .
