Here's a marvelous resource from the University of Idaho. To help teachers,
administrators, facilitators, and students understand distance education,
Dr. Barry Willis, the Engineering Outreach Director, and his staff have
developed series of short on-line articles. Barry Willis is the editor
of the text that Dr. McIsaac uses in her DE Theory and Practice course.
