Assignments

Assignments will be posted on the web by the instructors and they should be uploaded to the homework folder. All assignments are due no later than Sunday night at which time that week's folder will be closed. Always plan ahead, allowing for the possibility of a network slowdown or failure. Sunday evenings can be high-traffic times for the Internet! Make sure that you clearly name and number your assignments. Most assignments are 1,500 word essays which are written in html format using the html template. You should include references and web links in your papers. You paste the completed assignment into a message in FirstClass and upload it to the "homework" folder. You should check your html formatting by opening your document in your web browser to see that your links all work before sending in your homework. Formatting errors or links that don't work will result in loss of points.
